Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Time:

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch, although international shipping can take longer (up to 2-4 weeks, depending on the destination country).

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your delivery location.

International Shipping:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by your country’s customs policy and are not included in our shipping fees. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance.

Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product with photos of the damage. We will gladly replace or refund defective items at no extra cost to you.

Wrong Address:

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost. Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

Returns for Buyer's Remorse:

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. Please refer to the size guide for accurate measurements before placing your order.

Lost Packages:

  • If your package is lost in transit and tracking indicates it was not delivered, please contact us, and we will work with you to investigate. If deemed lost, we may issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Refund Processing:

  • Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.​
